Our Services
Lawn Maintenance
We offer lawn maintenance on a bi-weekly schedule during the growing season (March-October) and monthly during the dormant season (November-February). Customers are not required to sign a contract, but are required to agree to our maintenance schedule, as we do not offer variance or one-time cuts. Lawn maintenance includes mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and shrub trimming. Shrub maintenance is as needed and charged at $3 for small shrubs (1-5 feet) and $5 for larger shrubs (5 feet and up). If leaves or straw are present, we will blow them into the yard and mulch. In addition, we will spray weed killer inside of garden beds and along side walks/driveways as needed. Additions of fences or obstacles not present during original quote may increase mowing fee if significant additional weed eating is required.
Garden Installation
Basic garden installations have become one of our favorite specialty services, as they add immediate curb appeal and value to our customers homes. We can help design ideas from scratch, alter existing garden designs, or completely remove existing designs and start over. All garden installations will include herbicide and weed barrier applications. Coverage options for gardens are straw, mulch and stone/rock. We deliver all materials and remove debris from demolitions. If demolition is required prior to install, job will be scheduled over two consecutive days.
Shrub Installation/ Removal
While we do not offer tree removal, we can remove shrubs up to 6 feet in height. This is ideal for customers who have shrubs blocking windows, crowding garden areas, or creating safe havens for snakes and other unwanted pests. In addition, we can install shrubs or small trees as apart of a garden installation or individual project.
Fertilization/ Weed Control
We offer fertilization and weed control as apart of a 6 to 7 application program, depending on the requirements of your lawn. All fertilization customers will receive annual soil tests to determine the soils necessities for each growing season. The plan includes pre and post emergent weed killers, fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide and limestone. Other products may be suggested if your lawn presents unique problems such as drainage issues or compacted soil. Each material is applied strategically to coincide with our areas weather patterns for best results. Customers who receive fertilization commit to the plan in its entirety, understanding that each part fits together and foregoing individual treatments will not yield the desired results. Failure to approve required services or commit to watering schedules may lead to removal from fertilizer/weed control program.
